Gather in the bar/lounge ahead of time if you wish (drinks are not included in the event price) and the program will begin at 6:00 PM

Red & Golden Beet Frisee Salad with Goat Cheese & Pecans with a Bacon Vinaigrette Dressing
Astoria Prosecco Superiore DOCG - Italy

Pureed Carrot Ginger Soup with Coconut & Olive Oil
Sileni Reserve 'The Plateau' Pinot Noir - N.Zealand

Ruth's Chris Filet & Shrimp with Crab Fried Rice.
Stuffed 'Free Range' Chicken Breast with garlic herb cheese and lemon with Crab Fried Rice.

All wines enjoyed during the Presentation can be pre-ordered at special prices that night to be picked up the following week at The Wine Cellar.
