Join us for a curated selection of wines from France, in the private Banquet Hall at Hope Valley Diner paired with Chef Brian’s Menu and Pastry Chef Arielle's dessert. We will have special guest, Jamie Trott, of Bourgeois Wines and Cynthia Guillemot of Chateau Grand Francais here to present the wines. For directions, click the link for Hope Valley Diner.

Gather for a cocktail ahead of time if you wish (bar drinks are not included in the dinner price) and the dinner & program will begin at 6:00 PM. Menu & wines are subject to change based on availability.

1st Course
Lobster Bisque, Crème Fraîche and chives
Clara Vie Brut Blanquette de Limoux

2nd Course
Frisée Salad, Endive, Radicchio, Haricot Verts, Toasted Hazelnuts, Bacon Lardons, Roquefort Cheese, Fines Herbs with Champagne Vinaigrette

Salmon en Croûte: Lemon-Chive Beurre Blanc
