presents... A Dinner and Wine Pairing Sunday, Sepember 10 Seating is limited. $90/person. Includes Tax and Gratuity Reservations are necessary! All reservations should be made with The Wine Cellar. Cancel Policy: 48 hrs. prior to event.
Dinner will be in the private wine room at Ruth's Chris Steak House. We will have our special guest, Importer & friend, Mike of Touton Wines pairing his wines with the menu. For directions, click the link for Ruth's Chris Steak House.
Gather in the bar/lounge ahead of time if you wish (drinks are not included in the event price) and the Wine Dinner will begin at 6:00 PM
First Course Seared Ahi Tuna w/Cucumber Salad: paired with Wine: Cht Bonnet Rose - Bordeaux Second Course Spicy Shrimp Tossed in a Spicy Cream Sauce: paired with Wine: Escudo Rojo Chardonnay Reserva - Chile Third Course Beef Carpaccio with Capers, Dijn Mustard & Garlic Toast Point paired with Wine: Famiglia Grandaia Chianti Classico Reserva - Tuscany Forth Course Veal Osso Buco Ravioli Sauteed with Baby Spinach & White Wine Demi-Glaze: paired with Wine: Hamilton Creek Cab Franc - Knight's Valley, Calif Dessert Chocolate Cake with Fresh Berry paired with Wine: McNab Ridge Petite Sirah - Mendocino All wines enjoyed during the Presentation can be pre-ordered at special prices that night to be picked up the following week at The Wine Cellar.
