Join us for for a new tradition, our Second annual curated selection of wines from Mollydooker, in the private Banquet Hall at Hope Valley Diner paired with Chef Brian’s Menu and Pastry Chef Arielle's dessert. An Australian Wine Dinner: Wednesday, January 23

Gather for a cocktail ahead of time if you wish (bar drinks are not included in the dinner price) and the dinner & program will begin at 6:00 PM. Menu & wines are subject to change based on availability.

A Five Course Menu, featuring the Wines of Mollydooker:

1st Course
Salad: Bibb Lettuce, Braised Leaks, Mandarin Segments, Feta Cheese & Champagne Vinaigrette

2nd Course
Soup:Roasted Sweet Potato Soup, Pickled Collards, Chermoula & Crispy Garlic Chips
Two Left Feet Red Blend

3rd Course
First Entree: Pan Roasted Barramundi, Finger Limes, Corn, Olives, Pistachios, Saffron and Mussel Stew
Scooter Merlot

4th Course
Second Entree: Cherry Wood Smoked Australian Lamb Rack Sebago Potato Cabbage Gratin Mushy Pea w/ Mint Burnt Carrot BBQ Purée
